The Pink Chili is a registered company in Sweden and holds an F-tax.
If you are under 18 years of age you have to have permission by your guardian before ordering from us. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police. You can read more about the purchase and delivery terms further down.
Important if the goods
The Pink Chili can not guarantee that our images reproduce accurate color. Display settings may vary from computer to computer. Light and shadows in the product images can potentially interfere with the colors. You can find more information about a specific product in its Ad. The Pink Chili reserves for any typos and that the goods may be sold out.
Note that the content informations are retrieved from the product or supplied by the manufacturer. Product content may be updated retrospectively. For allergies or intolerances, please verify the product before use.
Keep in mind that whenever you are testing a new product, apply to a small area (eg the wrist) to check for sensitivity before use.
Rates
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and in Swedish kronor. Prices may change due to currency changes, or anything that is outside our control. However, we will always notify you about any price changes before delivery. Fact- and price information is given with reservation for printing mistakes, price changes from suppliers, incorrect given technical specifications etc and sell-outs. The information which is given hereby is not constituting any promises about usage, adequacy, guarantee etc other than where is so clearly mentioned. Thepinkchili.com reserves the right to changing all information without preceding notification.
Payment Options
Cash on Delivery (only in Sweden) - Your package is sent with Posten as a Registered Mail. When the package has arrived at your Post office you will get informed. You pay for your goods directly at the Post office. You also get an email sent to you with your tracking number so you can track your order. If you do not pick up your package we charge a fee of SEK 300 to cover the costs of management and administration. Post Retention Period is 14 days after the package arrives at your delivery office.
Online Payment - You pay directly from our store online with your debit or credit card. We accept VISA & Mastercard. Note that it is not possible to pay with Electron or Maestro cards.
Shipping and handling within Sweden
Our standard freight cost is 49 SEK. It is only when you click on finish order that your order gets registered with us. You will get your order delivered without freight cost if the order value is over 600 SEK. Normally goods in stock are shiped out within 48 hours.
It is up to the customer to provide a valid and correct shipping address. If ThePinkChili.com get back a package sent to the wrong address or not picked up, it is up to the customer to pay new shipping.
The Pink Chili can not replace lost packages.
Receipt / Order Confirmation
The e-mail confirmation which you receive when you place your order is valid as a receipt and certificate of guarantee. If you wish a paper receipt we ask you to send an e-mail to ekonomi@eleven.se and we will of course arrange this for you. If you not have received your order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that you have given the correct e-mail address and mail to us, and then we will send you the confirmation.
Return policy
We follow the recommendations of the Konsumentverket for e-trade. A consumer has on her side a law of consumer's protection at distance agreements etc. It states that, in some cases, the consumer has the right to regret a purchase by sending a message of this within 14 days from the day the product or the essential part of the product was received.The right to regret a purchase is not valid when it concerns products where the sealing has been broken. It is only valid if the product is still in its original package in unchanged state and not used. The right to regret a purchase is not valid for companies or for hygiene products.
When we accepted that the product is in substantially the same state we will do a refund excluding the shipping cost. It is important that you protect the return carefully when the product must be in new condition when it is sent back to us.
Abuse with our policy will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost to us.

Wrong or faulty product
To claim that a product is faulty or damaged you should contact The Pink Chili as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after arrival date. You should always check the package to verify that the product hasn't been damaged during transportation. If the claim is received after 14 days of arrival, The Pink Chili has the right to deny return or exchange.
Returns
Send an e-mail to info@thepinkchili.com and describe the problem as thoroughly as possible. You will then receive a return number upon approval of you return request along with the address where you should send the return to. The return number shall be visible on the package that you send back to us. Do not send returns back to The Pink Chili as Registered Mail.
Damage during shipping
If your package have been damaged during shipping, please contact your local postoffice to fill out a damage form. The Pink Chili can not take responsibility for postal handling of packages.
Canceling / Modifying your order
If you want to cancel or modify your order, immediately contact us at info@thepinkchili.comIf your order is packed/shipped you can not cancel the order. You, the customer is then responsible for return shipping cost. If you do not pick up your order, you will be charged to cover our costs.
Personal Information
We treat all personal data which you state to us, according to the law of personal data (PUL 1998:204). We guarantee that no data about you will be sold or used for commercial circulars from third part, but only will be of internal use at ThePinkChili.com. Your e-mail address will be used for order confirmation and for other information about your order. We reserve us the right, in some cases, to make advertising circulars to your e-mail address. If you want to change your data or get removed from the file we ask you to contact us at info@thepinkchili.com.
Dispute
We follow the National Board for recommendations on any dispute following the Swedish law.
